I made these cookies for X'mas gift exchange in 2009. They turned out quite yummy and crispy and had the flavour of Butter Cookies.The dough was kinda difficult to handle though so I had to chill it and take it out of the fridge many times for the bunny shaped ones. In the end I gave up and made smiley faces and aliens from the left over dough...
